Privacy policy

FigureRite ("we", "us") operates figurerite.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we do not sell or share it.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, the service you select, and your message. Waitlist forms: your email address, and optionally your name. Anti-spam: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to distinguish humans from bots; we never see that raw data. Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused service that gives us aggregate page statistics without tracking you across sites or building a profile of you. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Contact submissions are used solely to reply to your inquiry and discuss your project. Waitlist emails are used solely to tell you about the launch and early access of the platform you signed up for. Neither list is used for unrelated marketing, and neither is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure and copied to our business inbox. Data may be processed on servers outside your country, protected by the safeguards of our providers (Cloudflare, Resend for email delivery).

How long we keep it

Contact submissions: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any engagement that follows. Waitlist entries: until the relevant platform launches and the list has served its purpose, or until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@figurerite.com and we will act on it promptly.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date.
