Process
How an engagement runs
- 01
Understand
We start with your decision, not your data. What question must the numbers answer, and who needs to act on them.
- 02
Build
Structured to CFI/FMVA standards — documented assumptions, no hard-coded figures, formulas that trace back to sources.
- 03
Validate
Every output is checked against the inputs and stress-tested with scenarios before you ever see it.
- 04
Deliver
A clean handover with a walkthrough, one round of refinements, and files your team can maintain.
Questions
Frequently asked
What do you need from me to start?
A short call or written brief covering the decision the model must support, plus whatever data exists — even messy exports are fine. We structure from there.
What standards do you follow?
Models follow CFI/FMVA methodology: separated inputs, documented assumptions, no hard-coded numbers inside formulas, and an audit trail from every output back to its source.
How long does a model take?
A focused budget or forecast is typically days; a full three-statement or fundraising model one to three weeks depending on scope. You get a timeline with the quote.
What if the model needs changes later?
Every engagement includes one clean round of revisions. After that, models are built clearly enough that your own team can maintain them — or we quote a small update.
